Welcome to MatchFilipina.ca. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. MatchFilipina.ca reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

1.1 By using MatchFilipina.ca, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, single, or legally separated.
1.2 You acknowledge that you are purchasing matchmaking services, including profile evaluation, matching, introduction facilitation, and optional immigration support services.
1.3 All information you provide must be accurate and truthful. MatchFilipina.ca reserves the right to refuse any application or service request at its sole discretion.
1.4 Fees for services, including optional immigration support, are non-refundable and must be paid upon registration. Services are non-transferable.

2.1 Matches are provided based on the preferences and criteria you submit. The frequency of matches depends on compatibility and availability.
2.2 While MatchFilipina.ca strives to provide quality matches, mutual interest or success in relationships is not guaranteed.
2.3 Feedback on matches must be submitted promptly after introductions to improve and refine future matchmaking efforts.

3.1 Clients must be mentally fit and conduct themselves with respect and professionalism throughout the process.
3.2 Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or failure to engage respectfully with staff or matches may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.3 Clients are responsible for providing updated preferences and accurate information that may impact the matchmaking process.

4.1 Personal information is collected solely for the purposes of matchmaking and optional immigration support and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
4.2 Clients agree to keep private and confidential any information about other members obtained during the matchmaking process.

5.1 MatchFilipina.ca does not guarantee the success of any matches or relationships formed through our services.
5.2 MatchFilipina.ca is not liable for actions, behavior, or decisions of members during or after introductions. All interactions are at your own risk.
5.3 Clients agree to indemnify and hold MatchFilipina.ca harmless from any claims, damages, or outcomes resulting from the matchmaking process or introductions.

6.1 MatchFilipina.ca will respond to client inquiries, including questions about matchmaking or immigration support, within two business days.

7.1 Fees are clearly outlined in the service agreement and include structured payments for:

• Initial Membership Fee: Covers consultation, profile creation, and initial matchmaking.
• Profile Selection Fee: Applied when selecting five profiles for interviews.
• Optional Immigration Support Fee: Includes guidance and referral to trusted Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).
  7.2 Fees for optional immigration support do not include government application fees, which are paid directly to the Canadian government.
  7.3 MatchFilipina.ca reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

8.1 MatchFilipina.ca may modify these Terms periodically. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of changes.

9.1 Both MatchFilipina.ca and clients agree not to make negative or disparaging statements about one another in public or private forums.

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.

11.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.1 All service fees, including optional immigration support, are non-refundable and must be paid upon registration.
12.2 By registering with MatchFilipina.ca, you agree to these payment terms and acknowledge that you are purchasing matchmaking services and/or optional immigration support.

By using MatchFilipina.ca, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and Conditions.
